Interactive learning for WijTechniek
For WijTechniek, we developed a learning line on Craftsmanship CO, the mandatory certification for installation technicians. Short, sharp texts are combined with a mix of media and interaction to make complex material clear and accessible. Technicians go through realistic scenarios and make choices that determine the continuation of the e-learning, which automatically aligns the content with their level and progress.
The result? The user engages with the material more, learns from each choice, leading to a higher completion rate, greater satisfaction, and better knowledge retention.
Our approach
Analysis
We map out what the learning objectives are and where decision points in the content add value. What decisions must the learner make and what paths correspond to them? We also determine the target audience, context, and technical requirements.
Knowledge
Together with subject matter experts, we gather the right knowledge for each learning pathway. We determine which information is mandatory and where deeper exploration or repetition is needed. We structure this content into clear scenarios for the interactive video.
Design
Design of adaptive structure (routes, triggers, conditions). We translate the scenarios into an interactive video concept. Here we design the flow between choices, feedback moments, and next steps.
Launch
The interactive video is being built, tested, and technically set up. We check whether all paths work correctly and feel logical for the user. Then we provide the instructions for integration into the LMS.
